NYC Food FANTASY : OUR week long IntensiVe

Our 2024 Intensive was a smash hit as we learned about our food system and toured students around NYC to explore food from many angles!

• Visited an urban rooftop farm where they got to harvest carrots and fresh herbs
• Took a cooking class where they prepared a full Indian meal
• Had vegetarian burgers 
• Sampled regional Asian cuisines
• Then prepared a board documenting it outside the classroom for the other students
