Through our immersive programming we offer a unique blend of arts, culinary, agriculture, and ecological design.  Our approach uses service learning and a STEAM-based curriculum (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics), so students gain hands-on experience in herbalism, gardening, design, and more.
