Ever dreamt about going abroad to empower struggling communities? Are you concerned that your development work be culturally relevant but aren’t quite sure how to go about it? Rico Zook knows. He’s spent the last 15 years living and working in India and Southeast Asia.

Many of us want to help others live on our planet in a better way. Those who have the money, time, and desire can help. But good intentions are only a start. Problems arise when cultures conflict.
